We design and build websites that show your business clearly and make it easy to enquire.

THE JOB OF THE SITE

Make your offer easy to understand.
Make the next move obvious.

A useful business website explains your services, shows your approach and turns interest into a conversation. We start with those essentials, then add visual impact or custom features where they serve a purpose.

THE BUSINESS WEBSITE

The foundations,
done properly.

Each project has an agreed scope. These are the building blocks we discuss for a business website, shaped to the pages and content you need.

01

Plan the pages

Map the services, audience questions and enquiry path before design begins.

02

Design for your business

Create a responsive visual direction and page layouts that fit your offer.

03

Build the working site

Develop the agreed pages, navigation and contact route for desktop and mobile.

04

Prepare for search

Set page titles, descriptions and a clear heading structure, then check the site can be crawled.

05

Review and launch

Check the key pages and enquiry path with you, make agreed revisions and prepare the live release.

06

Hand over clearly

Document access, editing and ongoing responsibilities so you know how your website will be looked after.

WHEN THE IDEA CALLS FOR MORE

A sharper presence.
Built to fit.

The core site should work hard on its own. Extra creative or software is a deliberate choice, agreed only where it helps your business.

01 / CREATIVE OPTION

Cinematic website

Add a distinctive visual direction, considered motion and a hero experience that gives visitors a strong first impression. A campaign film or custom footage can be scoped alongside the site.

Visual concept · motion · film where useful
02 / FUNCTIONAL OPTION

Connected website

Go beyond presentation when the website needs to help run the business. We can scope forms, bookings, customer journeys or connections to other tools around a specific workflow.

See how a website enquiry enters the job file in Tradie OS, or explore custom business software for work beyond the website.

Integrations and custom software quoted separately

DetailScout’s full directory and supporting systems are a separate functional build. They are not an automatic inclusion in a cinematic website.

HOW WE WORK

A clear path
from brief to launch.

  1. 01

    Find the real job

Talk through your business, audience, existing site and what a visitor should do next.

  2. 02

    Agree the scope

Define the pages, content, creative, technical features, review points and quote.

  3. 03

    Design and build

Develop the site, review the working pages together and refine the agreed details.

  4. 04

    Check and launch

Test the important journeys on desktop and mobile, prepare the release and agree any ongoing support.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Before we make
the first move.

Where is Next Gambit based, and can you work with businesses elsewhere?

Next Gambit is based on the Gold Coast, Queensland, and works with businesses across Australia. Remote meetings and delivery are available, and on-site visits can be discussed as part of your project.

How much will my website cost?

The build is quoted against an agreed scope. A focused business website, a cinematic design and a directory with customer accounts are different projects. Tell David the pages and features you need; your quote will separate the build from hosting, subscriptions and any ongoing support.

Can you work with an existing website?

Yes. We can review what is already working and agree whether to improve the current site or rebuild particular parts. The quote will say which pages, assets and systems are included.

Do I need a film or cinematic hero?

No. A clear, well-built business website stands on its own. Motion and campaign film are optional creative work when they help visitors understand the offer or make the launch more distinctive.

Can the website connect to our tools?

Yes, where the tools and access support it. Booking, CRM, payment, directory and automation work are scoped separately because each connection has its own rules, data and testing needs.

What happens to a website enquiry?

We agree where form enquiries should go, who should receive them and how the contact route will be tested before launch. If you need enquiries to enter a job system or trigger another step, we scope that connection separately. The Tradie OS project shows one website-to-job-file example.

Will we be able to edit the site after launch?

We agree who needs to update the site and what they need to change before choosing the editing approach. Access, handover and any ongoing help are documented in the project scope.

What affects the quote?

The number and complexity of pages, content and brand work, custom interactions, film production, integrations and any migration from an existing site. We agree the deliverables and ongoing services before work starts.

Who provides the words, images and domain?

We work that out at the start. You can bring existing material or ask for help developing it. Domain, hosting, third-party subscriptions and ongoing support are made explicit in the scope rather than assumed.

YOUR MOVE

Tell David what your website
needs to do.

Send a short outline of your business, the pages you need and any examples you like. We can work out the right scope and give you a clear quote.
