ADAM GILL CONSTRUCTIONS / WATCH THE WORKFLOW
This is an illustrative demo job, not a documented customer outcome. The connected workflow is the current foundation; broader AI office manager coordination is the direction ahead.
THE WORK / ADAM GILL CONSTRUCTIONS
One connected office.
Less admin in the way.
Watch an illustrative bathroom renovation move from website enquiry through a connected job, quote, booking and invoice. The film also shows where David is taking the AI office manager vision.
THE BUILD
From enquiry
to the same job file.
Tradie OS brings the working details of a trade job together. A website enquiry arrives as a lead and stays linked as the operator prepares the quote, confirms booking dates, tracks on-site progress and sends an invoice. Payment is recorded against the same job.
That connected office is the current foundation. The next ambition is an AI office manager that helps coordinate bookings, quotes, follow-ups and invoicing, with important decisions approved by a person and manual controls always available.

Your website should do more than collect enquiries.
It should start the job moving.
Here's how Adam Gill's website connects to his working office.
Follow this demo bathroom renovation.
A customer enquires through the website.
Their details flow straight into a linked job file, without retyping the enquiry.
Speak your site notes.
The AI helps organise the details, shape the quote brief and pick up missing information.
The office does the preparation; you check the scope and price.
The bigger vision is an AI office manager coordinating the whole journey: bookings, quotes, follow-ups and invoicing.
You approve the important decisions, or use the manual controls whenever you prefer.
The connected office already carries job and quote details into the invoice.
In this example, the customer approves, the work is completed, and payment is recorded against the same job.
One connected office, with AI taking on more of the busywork.
Next Gambit builds websites and automated systems that work together for your business.
